Technical Marketing Manager

Description

  • Develop strategy for marketing technology stack and identify areas to streamline and increase efficiency
  • Evaluate, implement and operate marketing technology systems and solutions (e.g. CRM platforms, app tracking platforms, campaign creation tools, bidding tools)
  • Integrate marketing technology products with each other
  • Monitoring of marketing data and ensure it's being collected properly and connected with internal systems
  • Translate Marketing requirements and collaborate with Tech, Product and Data teams to define project scope and responsibilities, to optimize marketing operation processes
  • Oversee the implementation of tracking methods to ensure marketing campaigns data is collected properly and efficiently (e.g. Google Tag Manager, naming conventions)
  • Improve organic traffic by leading and driving SEO efforts
  • Train, support and troubleshoot marketing members on using marketing technology products
  • Lead relationship management with internal technology users and vendors

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred Computer Science or other related Technical major)
  • 4-5 years of working experience in Project Management with technical and marketing touchpoints
  • Proven ability to improve marketing operations through tooling, distill problems down to their root cause and articulate solutions
  • Extensive knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g. email, website, seo, social media, paid ads, app store optimization)
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Tag Manager, Blueshift, Seach360, Omniture, Adobe
  • Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to navigate and work with culturally diverse teams across departments
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin

  • ​Experience in companies with global / regional presence with offices across different countries
