Description
Reporting directly to the Customer Success Director, you will manage relationships with our clients, helping them to drive real value from our platform. You will become an expert in email marketing for ecommerce, able to advise our clients on best practice.
Responsibilities
Experience managing multiple clients within a SaaS environment and / or have direct experience client side implementing advanced CRM or multi-channel campaigns.
