Description
In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated costumer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. We are searching for an Account Manager that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful.
Responsibilities

Generate profitability sales and develop long term business across MediaKind’s key accounts within MVPDs and Operators

Improve customer relationship and build dedication

Ensure quality and profitability in delivery

Develop relationships internally with sales, presales and operations teams across MediaKind
-
Maintain an updated sales funnel and participate in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the Head of Sales for Global Accounts
Responsibilities
-
Sales and Account Management experience gained in the technology industry is ideal, in particular within the IT industry.

Experience of selling cloud solutions would be highly desirable, but moreover a passion for cloud computing and a strong understanding of this market is essential.

Broadcast Media sales experience would be beneficial.

You will have good knowledge of building customer relationships and fundamentally interpreting and understanding customer needs.

A solution-driven approach is key, with the skills to understand problems and develop solutions to solve customer issues.

The ability to build intimacy and trust with customers.

A strong temperament and resilience , combined with hunger, drive and a passion for sales.

English fluency (both verbal and written) is essential and ideally a Nordic country language.
