Description
An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is adept at building relationships and exceptional at value realisation. Your role will be to take ownership of account strategy and client relationship management to maximise the business development opportunities and generate revenue.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Managing the accounts in the utilities sector in Sydney

- Grow large scale relationships for existing accounts in this customer group

- Enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms

- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality

- Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory

- Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essentia
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience in account management in the utilities sector

- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives

- Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships

- Must have a working knowledge of off-shore/ far-site model
