REMOTE Account Manager/Recruiter (First Year OTE 80-150K+)

Description

  • - Targeting decision makers, you will bring in new clients through a variety of business development tactics (E-mail Campaigns, Networking, LinkedIn, Cold Calls) using our technology and tools to help you along the way.
  • - Build relationships by producing top talent for your clients. Recruiting is given a huge boost with our proprietary applicant tracking system and sourcing tool, Cyrus (check out my LinkedIn for more info), our partnerships with all the major job boards, and our partnership with LinkedIn (our tech is integrated into their system).
  • - Negotiate fees and terms with clients, set-up interviews, and make offers/negotiate salary, etc
  • - Bottom-line: You will have all of the training, tools, and support you'll need to be successful.

Responsibilities

  • - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • - Proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, and/or Agency Recruiting
  • - Comfortable working remotely (Boston-local will have in office option once safe)
  • - Computer/Tech Savvy - (PC/Mac, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, WebEx, VoIP, Internet Search Engines, Social Media)
  • - BONUS - Linkedin Recruiter, Job Ad Writing, Boolean Structure, E-mail Marketing, Lead Generation
