15+ year experience in a similar role creating and deploying large scale enterprise wide solutions for semiconductor manufacturing domain

Experience working with SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and Optical Inspection equipment

Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects

Proven track record of creating and deploying factory automation, next generation manufacturing systems, big data and analytical platforms for semiconductor companies

Experience in enterprise solution architecture, performance optimization solutions

Hands on experience in technical stack for IoT, Big data, analytics, cloud, enterprise, mobility

Strong understanding of DevOps and product development lifecycles like Agile

Experience in managing and leading a digital team

Strong skills in leadership, presentation, communication, influencing and collaboration

Proven influencing and collaboration skills

Experience in working with Japanese customers

Bilingual Japanese, English communication and articulation skills
