Business Process Coordinator BCP

Description

  • Complete invoicing on time and in line with customer requirements
  • Prepare and issue all estimates, delivery notes and invoices in a timely
  • Maintain data on the internal database
  • Ensure all reconciliation is done with all suppliers, vendors and clients
  • Support relationship with external accountants and accounting companies
  • Prepare all the documentation for custom formalities
  • Create reports as requested by direct manager(s)
  • Full understanding of customer’s relative platforms & maintain all the relevant information per project
  • Resolve all administrative problems and generate reports

Responsibilities

  • Experience of working with business processes such as invoicing, project management and purchase orders
  • Solid organisational, prioritisation and time management skills and the ability to coordinate and track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sound numerical skills, ability to process large volumes of data and the ability to apply these skills in a business context
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skill particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience within the Printing or POSM industry would be highly beneficial  
  • Experience of complex incident reporting and complaint management
  • Bi-lingual English (Min B1) & Romanian
