- Provision of expert business and technical advice and assistance for selecting a coherent set of remote working and collaboration tools for use by the ICT department, taking into consideration:

- The existing and possible ways of working in the department;

- On premises and cloud-based technology options;
-
- Current development in the ICT industry, especially considering remote working and collaboration tools;
-
- Architectural coherence and consistency;
-
- Recommended industry standards;
-
- Recommended solution patterns and best practices;
-
- Existing Identity & Access Management;
-
-Data protection rules;
-
- Information security.
-
- Identification and description of functional and non-functional requirements, technical requirements and business case analysis related to the use of remote working and collaboration tools;
-
- Elaboration of vision documents focused upon application and infrastructure components.
Responsibilities
-
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline;
-
- Minimum 6 years of experience in designing and assessing sets of remote working capabilities for an ICT organization, or an organization in general with strong dependency on its ICT organization;
-
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an international organization, or at least in a heavy regulated environment;
-
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering using methodologies, such as IIBA's BABoK, or BCS Business analysis, or comparable;
-
- Experience in creating business analysis deliverables: business needs, and requirements, as-is / to-be processes, fit/gap analysis;
-
- Experience in creating requirements deliverables for new and existing systems: functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, functional solution descriptions;
-
- Hands-on experience in installing coherent sets of remote working and collaboration solutions, with medium/ large scale deployments of such sets of remote working and collaboration solutions, including integration or connecting them to CI/CD pipelines and SDLC;

- Good knowledge in the domain of remote working and collaboration tools, such as, but not limited to, MS Team, Mattermost, Slack, Click-up, Miro, Mural, and similar;

- Good knowledge in the domain of ICT organisations and their production models, including agile approaches, traditional approaches, and software factory approaches, also including ICT security, infrastructure, development language, and data protection;

- Strong interpersonal skills, especially customer empathy, listening and writing;
-
- Capability of writing clear and structured technical documents;
-
- Excellent command of the English language.
