Driving the ATS vision within his/ her project by implementing the ATS strategy and pursuing corporate goals and objectives
-
Develop project plans to manage end-to-end project activities and execution approach and ensure that goals, objectives and targets are met within the agreed-upon project timeline

Support the development and management of project business cases
-
Promote constant development and advancement of the respective project with a strong focus on creating value for the business and ALDI Nord customers
-
Enable the workforce and promoting and coordinating effective collaboration within the project
-
Utilize a rigorous process of defining business and customer requirements and project specifications
-
Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary
-
Assess gaps obstructing project delivery and develop action plans to address these gaps
-
Lead the post-implementation review evaluating project results, including customer/ employee satisfaction
-
Identifying and prioritizing project risks and executing measures to minimize these risks
Responsibilities

Knowledge of project and financial planning processes and techniques for deliveries £1m+
-
Experience of working in different delivery models, agile / waterfall, in dynamic challenging environment, where there are constant changing demands and priorities.

Experience in designing and executing project management and resource management strategies

Experience with projects in multiple technologies, business functions and relevant industry

Strongly familiar with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

Suggested Certificates: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, ITIL
