Description
As our new project manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Operate in multiple client accounts as project manager

Manage some client accounts independently including client profitability and forecasting

Receive project specific client briefs and organize communication practices and tools, project invoicing plans and documentation practices

Ensure correct resourcing and time schedules for the project
-
Supervise project planning phase and communicate the possible correction rounds to all stakeholders
-
Gather all technical specs to be sent to the relevant stakeholders and discuss the production with creative agency when needed
-
Follow up project execution, organize regular team meetings and communicate project status regularly to relevant stakeholders
-
Monitor and ensure correct invoicing in timely manner

Organize closing meetings with relevant stakeholders and ensure correct documentation and project closing
Responsibilities
- You have good communication and client relationship skills.
- You demonstrate commercial awareness and have understanding the client requirements and needs
- You have exceptional organizational and project management skills and understanding of complex project management processes, workflows, methodologies, and tools (Workfront, Salesforce, Workday, Marathon, M-files / willingness to learn)
- You can lead complex client projects with multiple stakeholders across different solutions and channels with varying team sizes and compositions.
- Preferably you have a media agency/marketing background
