Description
● Drive product discovery, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
● Take ownership of the product roadmap and coordinate it with sales and product owner
● Support product owner and Squads with information to take product decisions in the teams
● Collect information from sales and funnel it into Jira, to the feedback board, so that customer feedback gets properly channeled to the Squads
●Define ideas or user problems on a detailed level, so our product development teams can work out solutions
●Clear up questions the tech teams have for releases
Responsibilities
● Have a systematic and structured approach to product innovation
● Be obsessed with our customer feedback, so much that close relationships emerge
● Be precise, detail-oriented, and straightforward
● Have a calm, but the secure character that makes the product development teams feel safe and at home with the product
● Have a proven record of building digital products, experience, expertise, training, and knowledge
