Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our US Customers.
Responsibilities

B.S. Industrial Engineering or other relevant bachelors or Masters degree

7 + years of previous proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in a Global SaaS software organization

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Experience working in the Financial Services/Fintech industries?

Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
-
Willingness to travel extensively

Please note that this is not a remote position. If you do not live within a commuting distance to Newton, MA, you must be able to relocate.

We offer
Base salary for this role is in the $120K - $140K range.
