Parker+Lynch is seeking an Experienced CFO (Fintech Industry Background required) with a specific set of experience and skills to grow the presence and agility of their fintech industry capabilities. You will lead this FinTech company in its growth with your passion, strategy, capital raising & M&A background, and international exposure, to help it become a formidable competitor.

As a member of the C-Suite, your range of soft skills, experience, and understanding of how to transition the mindset of tenured staff with rich history of the company to enthusiastically participate and support the processes and strategy which will free up minds to strategize to become more tactical, agile, and successful in the Fintech world.. Your present and 5-year strategy plan with what is crucial in the success of our Client Company will be discussed.

• 20+ years' of progressive experience, including experience as a CFO in a mid-sized company.

• MBA a plus; BS degree in appropriate discipline for CFO role

• Strategy, international exposure, M&A, Capital Raising, Bi-Lingual English/Spanish experience/skills required.

• Leadership skills, including transitioning a loyal team to help them embrace the new skills and mindset necessary to grow into an effective and oiled machine in the Fintech industry.

• Soft skills to unite and maintain support/loyalty versus an attitude of 'my way or the highway.
