Description

Plan and execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy

Provide qualified feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process

Attract candidates through multiple channels and methods including developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates

Evaluate applications, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates on our company’s hiring road-map

Manage the hiring practice from first contact, phone or online / onsite interviews all the way through until onboarding

Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates

Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs

Analyze hiring effectiveness per used channels/tools and propose improved strategies for added improvement
Responsibilities
· Min. 2 years of end to end recruiting experience is mandatory
· Direct experience recruiting across the BPO / contact centers industry with a focus on multilingual sourcing is essential
· Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
· Fluent in English - mandatory
· Solid expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
· Ability to make things happen in a team and also independently is key
· Robust sourcing skills with first hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
· Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented.
· Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment
