Understand and document current state vs future state (“as is to be”)

Work with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, define and document business requirements as per acceptable standards

Conduct and lead activities with internal and external stakeholders to identify the ability to leverage existing solutions or to build/implement new solutions

Analyze and document business requirements and technical specifications for Programmer Analysts and Database Administrators using query and reporting tools as needed
-
Prepare work plans and explain and provide technical information to new staff as required
-
Investigate issues/bug fixes reported and enhancement requests
-
Communicate issues and risks and contribute to communication plans
-
Identify and action process improvements

Support change management activities through training and communication with internal clients
Responsibilities
-
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst role
-
Strong knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies
-
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
-
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent
-
Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation
