Description
As the Project Manager you will report directly into the Construction Manager and you will have a Site Manager, Foreman and a Contracts Administrator in your team.
You will be charged with delivering projects on time and under budget and run your team with plenty of autonomy. A large portion of their projects are D&C so D&C experience would greatly assist your application.
Responsibilities

Ideally a Construction management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)

Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid tier construction company

Ability to manage a small team of Contract Administrators and supervisors

Proficient in Office, project and jobpac

Design & Construction project experience

Tendering experience
