Description

  • Assist with implementing and executing recruiting strategy
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, job boards and social media platforms
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Attend job fairs and careers events
  • Administrative responsibilities for the ATS system
  • Participate in community events, local marketing events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community.
  • May require additional tasks, duties or projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Familiarity with HR database, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems (background process)
  • Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
  • Familiarity with social media such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.,
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and perform functions necessary to work on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift/handle up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work at home or office and maintain a high level of productivity.
