Independent support of e-commerce operations topics with a focus on payment and fulfillment

Strong collaboration with the IT team for error-free connection of existing and new interfaces
-
Design and implementation of operations projects such as country-specific payment extensions
-
Management of external payment and fulfillment partners
-
Monitoring of defined KPIs / SLAs and proactive further development of existing processes
-
Support in finding solutions for clarification cases and customer complaints
-
Close cooperation with relevant internal departments
-
Independent handling of reporting and analyses
Responsibilities

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in business administration or business informatics
-
First professional experience in e-commerce operations: payment and logistics
-
Strong process and technical understanding
-
Basic knowledge of the functionality and connection of interfaces
-
First experience with e-commerce systems, e.g. online store systems, OMS, WWS
-
Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
-
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
-
Independent and structured way of working, high degree of assertiveness

Team player and strong in communication
