Description

Collect and analyze financial data from new acquired companies in order to create and complete the Working Capital calculation

Liaise with internal departments to coordinate the Purchase Price Accounting

Support the audit process

Ability to multitask and work on competing priorities

Support in other ad hoc projects as required
Responsibilities
-
CPA or CPA in progress an asset
-
2 to 3 years of relevant experience

General understanding of Purchase Price Accounting is an asset

Bilingual (French and English)

Results oriented with a spirit of continuous improvement

Proven organizational skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel's advanced functions
