Description

  • Serve as the Champion and leader of IDH on the Salary Matrix and be a key member of IDH’s living wage team;
  • You set concrete goals, priorities and actions and you agree this with the Internal and external stakeholders. You come up with realistic estimates regarding required time, capacity and resources and you monitor progress;
  • You continuously improve the Salary Matrix Tool by investigate the wishes and interests of the users and translate these towards the programmers that are working together with IDH;
  • You develop a long-term product vision with an (adaptable) roadmap for the Salary Matrix Tool. You enthuse the team with your vision and you explain user stories in a way that everyone understands them;
  • You involve the business and the end user with great regularity in the development process. You keep in touch with the users, programmers and you organize active involvement of stakeholders;
  • Work with IDH’s Insights & Innovation team to ensure the data is gathered and shared in a way that facilitates data analyses and other potential uses;
  • Oversee and, if needed, provide training and user guidelines, with support of the pool of consultants, on the Salary Matrix for internal and external audiences;
  • You share the latest developments with the team and your stakeholders, you celebrate the successes and you do not shy away from means of making your product(s) a success

Responsibilities

  • Experience in product management either as a Product Manager/Owner or a Lead Product Manager/Owner;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish. A third language (French or Portuguese) is a plus;
  • Understanding of how online business to business web interfaces work;
  • Understanding of payroll realities in producing countries and how these relate to the Salary Matrix;
  • Experience with global supply chains;
  • Track record to plan and deliver on (system) product developments with multiple stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Product Management role;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal;
  • Broad understanding of IT technologies used in the Salary Matrix. Affinity with PowerBI, Front-End Javascript Framework (Angular), Node.js, PostgreSQL database and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) a plus.
