Daily management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banks
-
Data Entry – purchase invoices, receipts, payments
-
Performing bank, debtors, and creditors reconciliations
-
Management of receipts/payments including monthly supplier payment runs
-
Reporting - month end, year end and event reporting
-
Liaison with suppliers, clients, bank
-
Support for statutory reporting
Responsibilities

Excellent reconciliation skills

Integrity in all aspects of your role

Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy, confidence, and a problem-solving approach.

Advanced IT skills on MS Office, specifically Excel, accounting software and databases

Qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline
-
1+ years of relevant work experience in AP or a similar role
-
Event industry experience preferable but not necessary
