Purchase invoice processing and matching to purchase orders

Supplier statement reconciliations

Bank and cash reconciliations

Management accounts preparation for a number of cafes and restaurants

Weekly financial analysis – turnover reports, etc.

Opportunities to gain exposure to other areas across the Finance Team

Other ad hoc duties, including helping other team members at busy times
Responsibilities
-
2 years’ experience in the above areas within a fast-paced team
-
strong attention to detail
-
experience in accounting software such as Sage
-
advanced Excel skills (familiarity with using SUMIF & VLOOKUP formulae and creating Pivot Tables)
-
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
