Assistant Sales Manager

Description

  • Own the sales function i.e. lead generation, client meetings, presentations, preparing proposals, client negotiations.
  • Managing the sales telecalling, Email Campaigns and Sales emailers.
  • Contribute and Coordinate for Digital Marketing Campaigns for SEO, Google Ads and Content creation.
  • Clearly understand various client’s manufacturing processes and identify opportunities and avenues for introducing Manufapp’s solutions.
  • Maintain CRM and adept In managing CRM tools. Maintain and update client records.
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with the founders on various strategic initiatives.
  • Be the “Voice of Customer” for the company and help identify and strategize/improvise on solutions and offerings.
  • Work closely with the product/engineering and operations function for seamless deployment of Manufapp solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate Engineers/Diploma from reputed colleges with specialization in Mechanical/Production/ Electronics.
  • Degree in Management- Marketing is preferred however not mandatory.
  • Experience of having worked in sales & marketing for SaaS/PaaS/IoT/Automation solutions would be desired.
  • Understanding/Experience of having worked within Manufacturing sector- Automotive; Process Industry, Chemical, Apparel, Plastics is required.
  • Relevant full-time experience of 2-5 years will be considered for different designations
  • Fluent Communication & Presentation skills, adept at making presentations and client pitch.
  • Has hands on experience in MS-Office, should be a Go-Getter and Team player. Can take on initiatives and not lose focus.
