Description

·        Estimate time and effort require for pre-processing and post-processing while in RFQ stage.
·        Convert the document into translatable format with the most efficient way.
·        Generate word count logs and provide it to PM to finalize the quote for client.
·        Execute post-process after translation and make sure correct delivery format.
·        Document/Report technical issues with resolution or work around.

Responsibilities

·            Bachelor degree or above.
·            Advanced level in English reading and writing, upper-intermediate in listening and speaking.
·            Minimum 3-year experience in desktop publishing (InDesign, Illustrator, FrameMaker) or equivalent combination is required.
·            Multilingual DTP (InDesign/FrameMaker) experience preferable.
·            Considerable knowledge of typography, fonts, proofreading, document formatting, desktop publishing, page layout and design, publication styles.
·            Ability to independently participate in group projects, develop timelines for projects, communicate effectively and implement projects.
·            Ability to handle multiple projects with excellent follow-up skills.
·            Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
·            Detail-oriented and able to work under deadline pressure.
·            Able to deal with unresolved situations, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
·            Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
·             Able to work on multiple tasks daily and prioritize based on the complexity of the tasks or the importance of the request.
