Description

Manage administrative tasks and office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, communicating with opposing attorneys' offices and tracking deadlines.

Assist with the creation of legal pleadings and proofread documents as needed.

Conduct client intake and case management, including scheduling, invoice processing and responding to client inquiries.

Other administrative or office support tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and ability to learn other online software systems, including for case management.

Spanish language ability preferred.

Eligibility for Virginia notary public license (firm will cover costs of obtaining license).

Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment, attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills.
