Description

Process incoming phone calls and emails and convert them to sales order in the system

Over the counter order entry and sales

Prepare quotes and orders for customers in an efficient and timely manner

Emphasize product/service features and benefits

Quote prices, availability, and or lead time
-
Establish and maintain customer relationships
-
Coordinate between field sales rep, office process, and warehouse, ensuring proper execution of customer orders
-
Maintain a high level of Customer Service
Responsibilities

All candidates need to be fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)

Salary: $45,000 - $48,000 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday, must be able to work anytime between 7:00am and 5:00pm business hours (usually 8 hour shifts, overtime not required)
