Continuous efficiency improvements to help us scale

Finding and implementing processes to help the scalability of building launches

Evaluating potential integration partners

Developing integration use cases with partners and customers alike

Validating problems and solutions by researching and talking to customers
-
Build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Managing and communicating expected timelines and delivery
-
Implement any required tools and processes to keep your stakeholders informed
-
Ensure you capture your stakeholders feedback and process it into your backlog
-
Create and maintain a backlog that is aligned with the product vision, strategy and roadmap
-
Advise on and develop solutions together with a team of developers and designers
-
Prioritise your backlog based on what adds most value in terms of client delivery
-
Ensure your backlog is transparant to your stakeholders
-
Lead product development from refinement of user stories to acceptance testing
-
Collaborate with your teams to refine the definition-of-done
-
Accept delivered work by your team and plan your releases
-
Discussions, (informal) chats and meetings with colleagues
-
Time to have fun and drink a proper coffee
Responsibilities
-
4+ years experience working as a Product Owner
-
Experience working for a B2B product, preferably in an organisation with 3+ scrum teams
-
You have a PSPO certification
-
Technology excites you, you have a good understanding of generally accepted technologies in the market and can speak the lingo
-
Data driven decisions are your preference
-
You can evaluate, experiment and validate high risk assumptions to keep moving at a fast pace
-
You have a commercial mindset and can detect opportunities and act on them
-
We are an international company, so English fluency is a must and any other languages are certainly an advantage
-
