Description

  • Sales administration management.
  • Establishment of offers and commercial follow-up.
  • Transmission of technical documentation.
  • Entering and validating orders in the ERP (SAGE).
  • Provide the interface between clients and the various internal or external departments in order to guarantee quality service.
  • Entry, verification of supplier invoices.
  • Follow-up of payments, reminders.
  • Telephone reception and information.
  • Office management: Relationship with service providers / suppliers.
  • Management of overheads.

Responsibilities

  • Initial training supplemented by a diploma in international business.
  • Significant experience as an Export or ADV sales assistant.
  • Excellent level of French and English, mastery of another language is a real asset (Polish, Italian ...)
  • Dynamic, you like working in a small team, you are enthusiastic and proactive.
  • Very comfortable with numbers, you are rigorous by nature.
