Description

Sales administration management.

Establishment of offers and commercial follow-up.

Transmission of technical documentation.

Entering and validating orders in the ERP (SAGE).

Provide the interface between clients and the various internal or external departments in order to guarantee quality service.

Entry, verification of supplier invoices.

Follow-up of payments, reminders.

Telephone reception and information.

Office management: Relationship with service providers / suppliers.

Management of overheads.
Responsibilities
-
Initial training supplemented by a diploma in international business.

Significant experience as an Export or ADV sales assistant.
-
Excellent level of French and English, mastery of another language is a real asset (Polish, Italian ...)

Dynamic, you like working in a small team, you are enthusiastic and proactive.

Very comfortable with numbers, you are rigorous by nature.
