Creating a new brand for our entire organisation and creating uniformity across our products and offerings.

Working with our development team to design and iterate on the user experience and user interface for our cohort-based education platform.

Working with our marketing/growth team on marketing creatives and messaging.
-
Rapidly prototyping new ideas that you or the team may have for growth/product tests (we like to experiment and this is built into our DNA).
-
Helping the team on new, exciting projects that might be out of your comfort or skill area such as content, videos and other things that you'd want to try out. We want our team to feel comfortable broadening their skills.
Responsibilities

Loves the education space and helping make tangible differences in the lives of people (via mentoring, support etc.)

Creates sleek, professional, high fidelity designs that are adored by others

Understands the science of design and user experience

Takes on feedback and constructive criticism well from the team and more importantly the users.

Works quickly and efficiently when we need prototypes mocked up quickly but can put time and effort into the important projects.

Gets frustrated when our team doesn't follow the brand guidelines or design specifications.

Illustrations and High fidelity digital design skills. (We understand not all product designers have this skill but it's a great bonus to have).

Ability to build using Webflow and other no-code tools.

Experience as an educator.
