Robotics Motion Planning Engineer

Description

Develop motion planning solutions to produce elements outside the general product catalog.

Develop motion planning solutions to add geometric or procedural features to the products.
-
Assess the feasibility of the production of an element with certain properties.
-
Test the developed solutions on the robot for production-readiness verification.
-
Pilot the robot and engage in the construction process that uses the developed solution to produce an actual product.
Responsibilities
-
Degree in computer / robotics / controls, or any other related field of engineering.
-
Knowledge of Rhino-Grasshopper package is mandatory.
-
Knowledge of robot path planning is mandatory.
-
One year of experience with Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) is a plus.
-
Previous experience of path planning for KUKA robots is a plus.
-
Experience in Python.
-
Strong mathematical background is required to deal with the challenges.

Strategic thinking and good initiatives.

Good communication and the ability to perform in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changes (e.g., priorities and timelines).

Creative, fast-thinker, self-motivated.

Fluent in English.
