Description
We are seeking an outgoing, natural networker who has been working in the London legal finance recruitment market for a minimum of three years for the top city law firms and brings with them a set of strong relationships in our target markets as well as an impeccable professional reputation.
Responsibilities

• Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• A desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of the London legal financial market.
• An eagerness to embrace and learn new technologies.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and HR at London’s top legal firms.
• The ability to adapt in an evolving environment.
• An ethical mindset, demonstrable through your career to date.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work with leaders at different levels of seniority.
• The ability to move fluidly and flexibly between tasks, demonstrating resilience in light of the current recruitment market challenges.
