Description

Deploying new Windows PC.
Ensuring that Windows PCs are up to date and the latest updates are installed.
Administrating Office 365 – user management, protection, etc.
Supporting users to resolve windows related issues.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Setting up new users and preparing IT equipment for new employees.
General IT infrastructure / network maintenance.
Maintenance of the Windows server.

Responsibilities

Ideally, you are a bachelor or master's student in computer science or similar with at least one year of your studies ahead. What is most important to us is that you have a strong interest in IT and in-depth knowledge of Windows based systems.

Problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
Experience in troubleshooting Windows-related issues.
Ability to support users to solve problems in an efficient manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Knowledge of Synology NAS is a plus.
Knowledge of Linux and PowerShell is a plus.
