Assisting end users with incident and request management duties.

Adhere to IT service management guidelines - Participate in and provide support to local IT projects.

Responsibilities
The perfect candidate will have a positive can do approach, effective communication skills, good organisational skills , be approachable and confident when speaking to a variety of people and have a good technical knowledge and keen interest in pursuing a career in IT. You will also have the ability to follow written technical processes and infrastructure.
