Description

Manage the dining area and supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant.

Provide feedback and coaching to the team regularly.

Work hand in hand with the Restaurant manager to ensure staff practice high standards behavior on shift.

Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.

Schedule periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members.
Responsibilities
-
At least 3 years of experience in the same role.

Must come from high end/premium/Micheline star restaurant.
