Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

  • Manage the dining area and supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to the team regularly. 
  • Work hand in hand with the Restaurant manager to ensure staff practice high standards behavior on shift.
  • Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
  • Schedule periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members.

Responsibilities

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role.
  • Must come from high end/premium/Micheline star restaurant.
