Description
• Perform telecom contract assessments and develop recommendations for clients to optimize their telecom spend.
• Work with clients’ financial teams to analyze complex billing models, reconcile and allocate charges and develop detailed reports.
• Perform telecom operations services, optimize processes, and define plan/feature standards.
• Provide top quality customer service to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Works with other optimization leads to analyze opportunities, quantify scope for improvement and define core areas of focus to improve Customer experience and cost savings.
Responsibilities
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making.
• Upper intermediate or better English communication skills required (written and verbal).
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
• Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
• Has the passion to engage in deep analytical, algorithmic work while staying connected to the core business teams.
