Description

You will be overall responsible for the FS activities across the company’s AOCs;
-
You will prioritize, plan, manage and ensure the development of necessary changes in the department;
-
You will ensure a process is in place which provides timely and accurate information to the commercial department for new and existing projects:
-
You will ensure that flight operations documentation are updated timely and all aircraft are supplied with updated documentation;
-
You will supervise the EFB system process, supervise post-flight documentation function, supervise flight planning and EFB software implementation processes, and monitor processes related to Weight and Balance;
-
You will coordinate flight operation activities regarding the addition/ removal of aircraft from the Company’s AOC;
-
You will oversee routes and aerodromes categorization in accordance with AIR OPS and Company documents;
-
You will establish a baseline for reach new aircraft entering the fleet;
-
You will be responsible for identifying and proposing improvements for existing department processes and other potential capabilities;
-
You will build strong relationships with other departments and making sure the services provided are of quality.
Responsibilities

You have an advanced university degree in an appropriate field paired with experience from work in a flight support department or equivalent;
-
You are a team player with excellent leadership skills, you excel with a positive mindset and you are supportive towards your colleagues. You know how to delegate work and to improve productivity;

You have a hands-on approach and you have good problem-solving skills and you are able to come up with solutions;

You are able to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and challenging interactions under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;

You are IT literate and well versed with MS office software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, and PowerPoint as a minimum;

You have excellent English language skills.
