Description

  • Act as an employee champion and change agent.
  • Form partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the functional objectives.
  • Have exposure and interaction with the business, supporting its goals and driving its culture.
  • Work closely with the HRBP Lead to ensure alignment with the overall HR strategy.

Responsibilities

  • HR - you’re a seasoned professional with at least 3 years’ experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Understanding of the iGaming sector or similar fast paced online industry.
  • People – you love working with large teams and provide the best employee experience with the business in mind.
  • Running and facilitating workshops and trainings.
  • Communication - especially in written and spoken English with additional languages a bonus!
  • Change – you have dynamic approach and thrive in this kind of environment, where you can impact real change. This is a strong motivator.
  • Multi-tasking is a strength of yours and you enjoy working on multiple projects, taking the initiative with objectives to provide the best employee experience whilst aligning to the wider HR strategy.
