Description

• Coordinate work force planning process.

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant channels for recruitment (databases, Social media and professional networks, online job boards etc).

• Screen job applications and candidate’s resumes.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.

• In parallel, work closely and liaise with management to assist in completing and submitting the relevant recruitment documents for review and final approval (Job Offers, RR Form, New Joiner Approval Form, etc.).

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.

• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

• Perform job and tasks analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

• Maintain daily attendance, absence and leave record, and liaise with Corporate Payroll team to submit the relevant reports.

• Prepare monthly HR operational reports HR on key areas such as payroll variance, recruitment, employee status amendments, sickness and absences and other employee relations’ issues.

• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

• Plan, initiate and implement projects to maintain an appropriate working environment.

• Roll out and initiate HR initiatives to improve engagement, reduce absenteeism and other work-related issues.

• Address and report employee concerns relating to welfare to the management of the farm.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a generalist HR Officer.

• University degree in HR or related discipline.

• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
