Description

Supporting the implementation of automated life cycle programs, list-building measures, and cross-country and cross-channel CRM campaigns (email, offline, and web channels).

Helping to develop the technical functionality of our referral and VIP program.

Monitoring and reporting on CRM performance, A/B testings, and improvement of our advanced segmentation strategies to drive our growth targets.

Creating and optimizing weekly newsletters (planning, campaign creation, analyses) in close cooperation with the marketing teams.

Working closely with the CRM Team Lead and coordination with adjacent departments, such as marketing and content.
Responsibilities

University degree in business studies with a focus on marketing or a related field.

Experience in CRM, e-mail marketing and/or marketing automation, ideally in direct-to-consumer e-commerce.

Preferably first experience with offline mailings, loyalty and referral programs.

Knowledge of email KPIs and CRM-related metrics.

Passion for CRM-related topics with a hunger to learn more and innovate; experience with common CRM tools, such as Emarsys, is a plus.

Structural thinking and analytical mindset, combined with strong creativity and natural curiosity.

Fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus.
