Description

Responsible for booking travel, accommodation, and car rental reservations in compliance with PM Group Travel Policy.

Ensure the travel log is up to date and accurate at all times.

Provide timely and efficient response to travel requests through the PMC Travel Mailbox.

Act as a general point of contact; provide guidance and answer all queries in relation to travel requests.

Checking and processing associated invoices through our in-house PO Requisition System.
-
Maintain a register of all transactions processed on the Company Credit Card.

Monthly reconciliation of the Company credit card statements.

Other duties as assigned by the Administration Department Manager, including reception cover and adhoc duties
Responsibilities

A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration and travel would be a benefit.

Good communication & people skills.

An organised self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work independently and on their own initiative.

Able to maintain a professional demeanour in challenging situations.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft packages with strong MS Excel skills required.

Strong commercial awareness.
