Description

Manage assigned projects from a technical and organizational point of view (from the product ideation until the product launch and after-launch activities).

Responsible for the project planning in terms of time and cost and defining the respective work packages. Understand the critical path of the project and determine project KPIs.

Drive active-lifecycle processes and new product development projects and lead cross-department collaborations with R&D, Customer Excellence & Support as well as Operations.

Deliver product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

Properly review and document the project progress and make it visible to the team and project review board.

Be an expert with respect to Customers, the market and competition. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.

Develop sales tools and marketing collateral. Brief and train the sales force and distributors at regular meetings.
Responsibilities
-
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
-
3-5-years of experience in drug discovery or a core supporting scientific field.
-
Demonstrated success defining and launching products under agile working environment.
-
Strong organization and project management skills. Adaptable and open to change. Customer-centric mentality.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with high level of initiative, energy, and drive.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with indirect people management.

Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
