Description

Create & maintain excellent relationships between the customer and On Air Entertainment;
-
Promote & sell products and services to an existing portfolio of customers with a passion to win;

Review and manage key customer processes including legal, financial and integration workflows and build unity across those departments;
-
Review and manage the integrations pipeline which impact the customers;
-
Establish a detailed account plan which informs of strategy & key decision makers for each customer opportunity;
-
Develop and agree commercial targets with established KPI’s;
-
Review and analyse reported results to uncover additional opportunities;
-
Become a product expert in your field;
-
Know your competitors better than they know themselves and disrupt them at all opportunities.
Responsibilities
-
Experience of table games whether it be RNG or Live Casino is desirable;
-
Having already established relationships will be a strong advantage;
-
Academic qualification (EQF L5 or higher) in business, marketing, commerce, economics and/or sales, an advantage;
-
Successful track record of account management & planning;
-
Successful relationship management and the ability to develop relationships to increase sales revenue;
-
Experience of sales processes in the iGaming space or other comparable industries;
-
Excellent organisational skills, a self-starter with quick pace;
-
Commercial acumen and good numeracy skills;
-
Ability to work independently within a team an be a strong team player;
-
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
