Description

  • General bookkeeping.
  • Review and approve insurance policies.
  • Liaise with property managers to ensure standards are maintained and any repairs etc are carried out.
  • Gather any legal documents required for transactions, escalate these to the necessary stakeholder and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide support in the form of answering calls, emails and post.
  • Liaising with the housing authority to ensure compliance with registrations, permits and paperwork.
  • Coordinate with tenants when necessary.
