Description

  • You’re the go to person for our Dutch colleagues in our Amsterdam office.
  • You support the day-to-day office operations as - but not limited to - maintenance, supplies and equipment.
  • You support in fleet management, travel and expenses.
  • You support our HR Business Partners in a variety of administrative tasks.
  • You take initiative together with our Office Manager to create an office representing our culture, a place where everyone feels at home.

Responsibilities

  • You’re an excellent communicator, in both Dutch and English.
  • You’re a fast learner and you like to structure and prioritise.
  • You get energy from multitasking.
  • You love working in a fast paced environment.
  • You know how important it is to keep certain information confidential.
  • You’re able to work from our office in Amsterdam.
  • You're looking for a part-time role (50%) - flexible schedule.
