Reviewing of weekly payments, bank reconciliations and sales invoices.

Reviewing payroll journals and updating the filing system.

Ensuring that all Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis.

Reviewing and approving of month-end inventory.

Preparing monthly vessel accounting.
-
Preparing depreciation, accruals, and prepayments journals.
-
Communicating with vessel Hotel Managers.
-
Acquiring a sound understanding of different VAT jurisdictions.

Liaising with auditors during the audit process.
-
Assisting with managing a team.
Responsibilities
We are looking for candidates with notable communication and leadership skills. Candidates with at least three years of working experience in a similar role, who is in the process of obtaining their ACCA qualification are encouraged to apply.
