Description

 

• Help and support to the compliance services team with the implementation of compliance programs of various clients;
• Ensuring that all communications are sent to the clients of the company following MFSA circular and regulatory updates and ensure client responses are correctly logged and actioned;
• Keep up to date logs with all latest regulatory guidance together with deadline updates to the compliance team;
• Interaction with clients on any correspondence in respect of compliance matters; 
• Reporting in a time manner to clients and the compliance team.

Responsibilities

 

• Understanding of the financial services industry, ideally with some experience as an assistant role within a compliance team;
• A general understanding of the different local and international regulations;
• Eager to grow within compliance;
• Analytical and decisive skills, with the ability to prioritise and communicate key objectives to achieve organisational goals;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Excellent communication in English (both orally and in writing); 
• To be highly meticulous, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
