Description

Work as part of a team with the other members of the Artwork Team and wider Regulatory Affairs Team.

Process and assign work within 'Twona'.
-
Review and check requests for new and amended artwork within 'Twona'.
-
Ensure that final artwork files are accurately captured within the 'Twona' archives.

Liaise with the Senior Artwork Coordinator and the Artwork Manager regarding any recurring issues found on job requests.
-
Amend artwork to the requested specification and complying with Dechra packaging style guidelines using Adobe Illustrator software.

Follow the quality assurance process to ensure that the correct changes have been implemented within artwork jobs, and document completion of this process.

Ensure that allocated artwork jobs are completed within the required timeframe.

Maintenance of electronic documentation/records.
Responsibilities
-
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Experience of working as part of a team and on own initiative.
-
Experience of responding to queries and simple problem solving.
-
Setting up and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems.
-
Practical experience of working in a busy working office environment.

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
-
An IT or Digital qualification is desirable.
