Description

Assisting in managing and overseeing technical compliance aspects relating to platform, game products and features, including game testing, change management, incident response management, certification management, relevant reporting and handling internal and external audits.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant technical regulations and licence/certification requirements, working closely with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders.

Liaising with regulators where required.

Being responsible for researching, analysing, interpreting and providing guidance on technical requirements in existing and new markets.

Keeping abreast of changes in regulation and reporting obligations and being responsible for communicating and reacting to these adequately and in a timely manner.

Developing, reviewing and updating technical policies and procedures, ensuring that these warrant structured and compliant product development and operations, are kept up to date and are properly implemented throughout the business.

Performing reviews and gap analysis on technical compliance requirements.

Continuously reviewing and testing ongoing compliance.
Responsibilities

Technical Compliance background in iGaming.

Strong knowledge and understanding of online gaming legislation, technical requirements and industry best practices.

Experience in game certification and system auditing.

Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies.

Works independently and requires little supervision.

Structured and analytical.

Clear communicator, fluent in English.
