Description

  • Development and maintenance of travel products to expand our client base using action plans focused on the market segment identified.
  • Investment Projects: Conduct due diligence of investment projects within the travel to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large amounts of data to derive insights. These will be used to formulate business strategies and decisions.
  • Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook’s various distribution platforms. Communicate Klook’s business strengths and brand value to merchants. Provide training and daily operational support to merchants on our processes and tools.
  • Coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - R&D to lunch features, marketing to maximize sales, merchant operations to improve efficiency and customer services to drive satisfaction. Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast paced environment.
  • Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of feature, pricing, inventory, content, customer reviews, and maintain a market leading position at all times.
  • Market updates: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identify market trends and competitor updates to optimise business strategy - through assisting on data analysis, preparation of reports.

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years work experience with an experience in operation of eCommerce, OTA or travel industry.
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and cultural backgrounds and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; additional qualifications in relevant areas highly desired.
  • Experience working in travel industry, e-commerce, OTAs or tech companies is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
