Description

Craft product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insight, and product understanding.

Work closely with Sales & Success team who continue to collect a wealth of customer data points from the one-on-one conversations on their pain points and goals

Develop product marketing content from landing pages to case studies and product decks.

Work with the broader marketing team to launch product-focused campaigns that span web, community, social, email, ads, and other marketing channels.

Research and report on key customer, competitor and industry insights that can help inform brand strategy and the evolving product and marketing roadmaps.

Channel owner for website product pages, use case pages, customer testimonials, customer pages, integrations page, and all related content strategy and product positioning.

Develop insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, competitive research, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results.

Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
-
3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, solution marketing, growth marketing, product management, communications, content strategy, or go-to-market strategy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences (large and small) and are an expert at creating and editing everything from emails to detailed launch plans, to competitive analysis reports and more.

Ability to synthesize and distill complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences.

Experience in high-growth technology companies and/or fast-paced startups – you’re happiest operating without a set playbook.

Strong cross-functional leader – you have on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders.

You’re detail-oriented, yet can think big picture; analytical, yet creative; and a self-starter who is not afraid to execute and get in the weeds.

Analytical chops to understand customer data and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.

Desire to conduct product, customer, and market research.

High level of initiative.

Thrives in a fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.)
-
Familiarity or interest in FinTech, financial markets, algorithmic trading, quant trading, investing applications.

Previous work in self-serve D2C business and B2B

Excitement about Alpaca and democratizing access to global markets is a plus!
